We’re hiring an Office Manager in London

About the role

We are a fast paced team looking for an ambitious and detail-driven office manager to join us. The day to day responsibilities will include finance and office management. You will support the General Manager in business management and administration. This is a part-time role. The full job description is available to download below.

This role covers three main areas:

Finance management – working mainly in Xero, coding payments and raising and paying invoices
Office management – meeting visitors, managing cleaning and IT, maintaining health and safety
Admin support – supporting the general manager with all admin and HR processes


About you

We are looking for someone who is able to turn their hand to a wide variety of tasks. You will have an interest in working in a creative environment and the ability to work independently and proactively. You must be self-organised and confident working methodically and accurately. You will enjoy working within a team and be good at working with others to make great things happen!

This is an ideal position for someone with experience in working in professional and creative environments. Recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
