Working Lunch – Doing Hardware in Europe (and remaining competitive!)

Thursday 19th April 2018, 14:00 — 15:00

Doing Hardware in Europe (and remaining competitive!) with Tenzor Tech

This talk aims to give practical advice to hardware startups in their product engineering cycle while challenging the convention of needing to set up operation in Asia in order to stay competitive.

Srdjan is a co-founder of Tenzor, a hardware innovation lab based in Croatia. He is a serial entrepreneur, a mechanical engineer with an MSc in Mathematical Finance from Oxford. Before co-founding Tenzor, Srdjan had spent close to 10 years in finance; he was a head of Croatia’s largest equity fund, and he advised Croatian government on setting up financial instruments to support SMEs. Srdjan ran several hardware startups (running some of them into ground).

Members are invited to book in for a one-to-one 45 minute chat with the Tenzor Tech team after this talk for specific questions and advice. Please book ahead of time by emailing these with a short paragraph outlining your technical challenge.

Working Lunch’ is a series of talks, workshops and one to one sessions organised as part of the Makerversity Community Programme, connecting startup businesses with industry professionals and business support.
