Do you ever feel a bit stuck; like you’ve lost your motivation?
Would you like a dedicated space to work through your challenges?
Would you like to develop supportive network with your peers?
Would you like to find a place where you can overcome failures quickly and celebrate successes?
Would you like the help of a group to maintain momentum and motivation with your work?
Then an Action Learning Set (ALS) can help.
ALS works best when a group of people work together on a regular basis to share and work through professional issues and challenges. One underlying principle of an ALS is that the expertise and know-how often exists within the group and if it doesn’t then the group will know how to access it. The facilitator enables the group to access it’s own knowledge through encouraging questions, challenge, support and encouragement.
ALS members will:
overcome issues and challenges quicker,
form strong relationships with peers,
create lasting networks,
learn how to adapt and change in a complex landscape,
find solutions to current, real-life issues,
feel more motivated and committed.
