Workshop includes:
A one-day workshop consisting of a morning session (beginner) where attendees will be introduced to the basic tools of Unreal Engine 5, and an afternoon session (intermediate) delving deeper into landscape and environment design in Unreal. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have learned the basic tools of the software, created their own open-world environment, and rendered a still image using Unreal Engine 5.

David Reason is a visual artist, creative technologist, and spatial designer. He holds a BSc in Architecture from BHT Berlin, as well as an MA in Interior and Spatial Design from the UAL. David uses game engines, immersive technologies, 3D printing, and metalwork to create immersive experiences, cinematics, virtual spaces, and physical objects.
David works as a specialist technician for new media at the London College of Fashion, where he offers expertise and guidance to students and staff working with digital media and immersive technologies. As part of his role at LCF, he has developed and delivered a series of technical workshops on virtual worldbuilding, 3D modeling, and game engines for both BA and MA students.

Attendees are asked to bring their own laptops (and a mouse) with Unreal Engine 5.2 or above installed prior to attending the workshop. It is also important that attendees consider the recommended machine specs to run Unreal Engine 5, please refer to the following page for detailed info
Attendees can book both sessions for the price of £70 or individual sessions for £40 each.
