CQ Studio explores material innovation in a presentation and demo. How can chemistry can help transform food waste into embellishments and sequins for fashion? How can a UK-native plant become a sustainable alternative for leather?
Modern Synthesis shares their vision for a new generation of materials empowered with biology and discusses the opportunities and challenges facing the quickly growing (pun intended) biomaterials space
Pattern Project, a South London micro-factory, teach a workshop on how they make clean, urban, local manufacturing of clothing possible and cost-effective with their Sew-It-Yourself Kits and Ready-To-Wear clothes.
